Ok so this may be a dumb question but what is Post Processing software? How does it work? Can you give any suggestions on what I can try for this? It sounds neat lol. Is it just like PSP?

Post processing software is programs to edit images and typical uses include creating graphics and logos, resizing and cropping photos, altering colors, combining multiple images, removing unwanted image components, and converting between different image formats. It can also be used to create basic animated images in GIF format. It is often used in the printing and graphics business. Photographes use it a lot.
Some of the programs are expensive and have a big learning curve, while some are freeware that can be downloaded to your computer.
Adobe Photoshop

Gimp Freeware similar to Photoshop

Irfanview Freeware and very simple to use, but not as powerful as the above

There are lots more to look at and try out to see which one fits your needs.

Another freeware for resizing, cropping, sharing, element removal, auto contrast, auto color and a host of other effects; is Google's Picasa. Also it is easy to learn.
