The Hitchcock Naval Air Station was a blimp base used for spotting German submarine activity during WWII. The 3,000 acre base was within the city limits of Hitchcock and construction began in 1942. The blimp hanger which held six aircraft was built for the astounding cost ... This very plain picket fence needed some help. First, I did this- I pushed the saturation and warmed the exposure up some, then applied an Orton Effect. Then I did this- I used some filtering and more push processing to get this effect. What do you think?
